What problems can Carburizer solve?
Carburizer is used for casting, cast iron, cast steel, castings have carbon content requirements, carburizer can increase the carbon content in molten iron; pig iron, scrap steel and recycled materials are commonly used in smelting. Pig iron has a high carbon content, but the purchase price of pig iron is much higher than that of scrap steel, so adding carburizer, reduces the amount of pig iron input which plays a role in reducing the cost of castings.

Our main products are Carburizer, Calcined Petroleum Coke, Graphitized Petroleum Coke, UHP/HP/RP Graphite electrodes and other Graphite products. Our factory is located in the “Changxiang Industrial Park” of North China Carbon Base in Shanxi and Liaoning Province. The entire factory covers an area of 88,000 square meters, with the construction area of 42,800 square meters. There are 280 employees, including 39 technical staff. The company’s total assets exceed 600 million and annual comprehensive production capacity has already exceeded 50,000 tons.
What is a carburizer?
Carburizer is a material used to increase the carbon content in metals or alloys. They are usually introduced into the smelting process or alloy to adjust the chemical composition of the metal. By adding these materials, the carbon content in the metal smelting process can be increased, the performance of the metal can be improved, and its hardness, strength and wear resistance can be increased.
Classification of carburizers?
Mainly divided into Graphitized Petroleum Coke (GPC) and Calcined Petroleum Coke (CPC), both of which are made of petroleum coke; Petroleum Coke is a by-product of the petroleum refining process and is a black solid or powder produced by Delayed coker.
